I have been in the optical industry for 30 years and have worked for some of the biggest optical companies in the country, one of them in Warrnambool, for 15 years.
As an independent practice, Warrnambool Eyecare is set apart from other eye care professionals because we have the flexibility required to tailor our products and services to each individual. We are 100% locally owned by Matt and Jayson, two of our Optometrists, who both work in the practice on a day to day basis. Between our thorough Optometrists and knowledgeable dispensers, we are able to appropriately determine the best solution for each person’s needs.
We have access to a wide and varied national and international supplier base for lenses, sunglasses and optical frames. This means there are no limitations to ensuring that your glasses are suited to you and your individual visual requirements. Our Optometrists have the latest technology available and take the time to give you the best advice for your continued eye health.
For me to be able to work in a practice where customer service is the number one priority, is refreshing and makes for a very satisfying work environment. Our vast range of products gives me the satisfaction of knowing that I am never settling for ‘close enough’.
Time is also a great thing, there’s no rushing important decisions. We give each person who comes into the store our time, to help answer any questions and give advice.
