Visual Fields

Medmont and Humphrey Field Analyzer 3

Visual field machines asses and monitor a patients peripheral vision. It is a vital tool for diagnosing and monitoring glaucoma and other conditions that may result in visual field loss, such as optic nerve disease or stroke. Corneal topography is a scan that creates a 3D map of the cornea (front of the eye). It’s is used to diagnose and monitor keratoconus, and other corneal disease. It is also used to help fit contact lenses and asses suitability for laser eye surgery.

E-Eye IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)

IPL is a non-invasive treatment for patients who suffer from dry eye. The device emits brief, controlled pulses of broad spectrum light which target the Meibomian glands to help produce a more stable and better quality tear film, reducing the symptoms of dry eye.

Blephasteam is an eyelid-warming device that provides heat therapy to help relieve the symptoms associated with dry eye. Warming the eyelids allows for expression of capped or blocked Meibomian glands, which is a major contributor to dry eye syndrome.
